1.  Terms of Sales Disclaimer
 
The pictures and information of the online shop are for reference only. Due to factors such as shooting lighting and color differences of variability of screens settings, the product images may have color differences from the actual products. The company does not guarantee that the product information purchased or obtained through this website is accurate and meets customer expectations. All information on the website is provided in good faith, however we make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the adequacy, validity or reliability of the products.
 
Please note that our products are meticulously handmade by master artisans one piece at a time. Due to this process, there may be a slight variation from one item to the next. For instance, scented candle products: small pores on the wax surface, incompletely uniform wax surfaces, color differences on the wax surfaces, etc. are not regarded as quality problems.
 
 
 
2.  Price and Payment
 
 2.1 Where to find the price for the product
 
The price of the product will be displayed on your order page when you submit your order. Prices are indicated in Hong Kong dollars (HK$). We take all reasonable and prudent measures to ensure that the price of the product notified to you is correct, meanwhile please refer to Article 2.2 for the circumstance if we find that the price of the product you ordered is wrong.
 
 2.2 What happens if we got the price wrong
 
Even if reasonable and cautious measures have been taken, it is always possible that the prices marked on some of the products being sold are incorrect. If on the day you submit your order, the correct price of a certain product is lower than the price we stated on the day, we will charge the lower amount. If the correct price of a certain product is higher than the price stated to you on the day you submit the order, we will contact you to provide you with a full refund after the order has been accepted. If we have accepted and processed your order, and such order involves obvious mislabeled prices, and you should be able to identify such mislabeled prices under reasonable circumstances, we may terminate the contract and refund you with the paid price; and if you have withdrawn the relevant products, we will request a refund of any goods that have been withdrawn by you in accordance with our refund and replacement policy (please refer to Article 9).
 
 2.3 When you must pay and how you must pay.
 
 We accept payment gateways including: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Payme, and FPS. Each product should be paid when you submit your order on the website.
 
 2.4 Actions you should take if you believe that the receipt is wrong
 
 If you think that there is an error in the receipt of the goods, please contact us as soon as possible to inform us of the situation.
 
 
3.  How we may use your personal information
 
Your personal information will only be used for order confirmation and arrangement on delivery in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Under the principle that it is not limited to any provisions of the terms of this website, and to the extent that any guarantee of legal liability cannot be excluded, the company's full legal liability is limited to the amount paid by customers for shopping or services on this website.

Even if a court of competent jurisdiction decides that the terms of this website are unenforceable for any reason, the other terms of this website will continue to retain their full validity and legality.

These terms, together with the product prices, series details, contact details and privacy policies currently displayed on our website, constitute the entire agreement set out by our company regarding the supply of products to you.

These terms are only available in English and Chinese. No other language shall apply to these terms. If there is any ambiguity between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
